At Hartford, we believe the only single standard for quality is 'zero-defect'. To ensure that our endeavours are always guided in the correct direction, we introduced the 6 Sigma Quality Management System to provide statistical evaluation for all the manufacturing processes and final product result.

Each part, before entering into the assembly line, is assured as 100% zero defective. Comprehensive inspections are conducted throughout the entire manufacturing process, such as in-process inspection, quality auditing and final inspection, etc. Even for a small painting defect, we will still care about the smallest detail until it reaches our standards.
