顧客的要求與期望叫做CTQ(critical to quality),這是我們執行六個標準差之關鍵理由.因為這將使我們更了解,並評量流程是否達到所有CTQ,而不只是一或兩項CTQ.越來越多的客戶以hartford machining center來取代okuma,mori seiki,DMG,, 的品牌 由於我們的研發中心,每年投入非常高的預算,我們擁有先進的RD開發設備,並以世界最新的技術作為我們努力的標竿. 我們的研發中心每月都會研發出許多新的機型與功能.而且我們也獲得幾十項的專利.不斷的創新就是為了提供給客戶最有價值的產品事實上我們大部份的客戶都認同hartford machining center 的品質,加工精度,加工能力,加工效率,技術水準,,皆已達到歐洲或日本機器的標準.而如果加入客戶購買機器的成本一起計算則購買hartford machining center 的總成本很明顯的比購買日本或歐洲品牌的機器低很多.所以現在有越來越多原本使用okuma,moriseiki,DMG,,,,的客戶改用hartford的machining center.
