Hartford Showcases Micron-Level Precision and AI Innovations at CIMT 2025, Driving High-Speed Machining and Sustainable Development

Beijing, April 2025 — At the highly anticipated China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT 2025), Hartford (She Hong Industrial Co., Ltd.) unveiled a range of cutting-edge solutions, including high-speed, high-precision machines equipped with micron-level (μ-level) processing capabilities and a suite of proprietary AI technologies. Highlights include the LSN automatic load tuning system, intelligent chip-breaking for drilling operations, and various application-specific workpieces, reflecting Hartford’s technological leadership in smart manufacturing and precision machining.

Through the integration of these advanced technologies, Hartford not only meets customer demands for speed and precision but also significantly boosts machining efficiency, shortens processing times, and reduces energy and oil consumption—enhancing competitiveness across industries.

“We began developing our proprietary control system, Hartrol Premium, many years ago,” said Mr. Hsiao Yue-Che, Regional Manager at Hartford. “Today, it features a wide range of smart functions, including a customizable interface, one-touch LSN machine tuning, AFC automatic feed control, HCP conversational programming, and thermal displacement compensation. The system is continuously upgradable, enabling customers to enjoy the latest functions and operate machines more quickly and easily.”

With sustainability and green development now shared goals across the industry, Hartford is also presenting a suite of eco-conscious innovations, including smart lubrication systems, standby power-saving functions, and environmentally friendly coolants. These technologies allow machines to automatically conserve energy during idle times, reducing operating costs and carbon emissions while reinforcing Hartford’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

“Over the next one to two years, sectors such as new energy vehicles and semiconductors are expected to see significant growth,” Hsiao noted. “In response, we’ve developed high-speed machines and μ-level processing technologies tailored to meet the demands of these advanced industries, providing customized solutions to help clients achieve precision and efficiency in their applications.”

Despite a challenging global landscape in 2024, Hartford continued to innovate and grow its customer base, earning long-standing support from loyal partners. As the company celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2025, Hartford is integrating digitalization and green energy concepts across both hardware and software, aiming to deliver smarter solutions that empower customers and drive industry transformation toward a more sustainable future.
